Accessing & Setting up your Corporate Email Print

Once the emails have been created and the relevant redirect records have been set up the following needs to be done:

  1. Access your email via the following link in your internet browser, here you update the email password.
    If your email account is set up as the admin email account you can update the passwords of all emails accounts within your control, and other common/default settings.
  2. The username to login will be your email account, the password will be supplied by IDS Hosting, as a temp password.
  3. Webmail login link: https://mail.hostedemail.com/
  4. Once the password/s have been updated you can proceed to set up your own email clients on your devices.
  5. The settings to use for your email client (eg: Outlook, Thunderbird, MacMail) can also be found in your webmail under:
    Settings >> External Access
  6. Once your email account/s have been setup on your devices you can proceed to use them.
  7. If you have migrated email services and the email accounts already exist, you can look at the settings above and update your settings.
