How to cancel hosting Print

All cancellations must be done by yourself, to prevent erroneous cancellations from our side.
Invoicing will continue until the cancellation is submitted via your client area.
 
To cancel your domain or hosting, please login to your client area and request cancellation.
 
Hosting can only be cancelled when all payments are up to date.
 
When a domain is cancelled or moved to another hosting company the hosting package is NOT automatically cancelled, this will need to be done separately.
See below on how this is done.
 
Please note: A domain is not the hosting package.
A domain is the address, eg: something.co.za or something.com etc
The hosting package is accessed via the control panel, its where the website and email data is stored and accessed from.
 
Client Area Procedure:
 
Domain cancellation:
------------------
- login to the client area
- select Domains > My Domains
- select View Details adjacent to the relevant domain
- select Disable Auto Renew 
 
Hosting cancellation:
------------------
- login to the client area
- select Services > My Services
- select View Details adjacent to the relevant hosting package
- select Request Cancellation
- select cancellation option (immediate or end of billing cycle)
