To access your client area password:
- follow this link to reset your password: http://www.idshosting.co.za/orders/whmcs/pwreset.php
- enter your registered email address and a link will be sent to you
- select this link in the email we sent you and a webpage will open in your browser
- update your password with a new one, make sure its has numbers, characters & letters in to.
- if the password update link is not selected within 2 hours the process is cancelled and the old password remains valid
How to access & update your cPanel & FTP password/username
- open up your client are using the link below, link also found on the http://idshosting.co.za website home pag
- http://www.idshosting.co.za/login/client-area-login.html
- unable to access your client area, then use the procedure above to reset it.
- in the client area select SERVICES >>MY SERVICES
- select VIEW DETAILS in the same row as the relevant product/services
- select CHANGE PASSWORD to view &/or update/reset the cPanel & main FTP password
