As soon as you are registered on the site as a hosting client or an email only client:
We will send you an information sheet via email: New Account Information, where you will find a link to your control panel, there you will find an icon called Email Account, click it and it will take you to the email account setup.
- create a new email account by adding in the require text before the '@' sign, eg: admin, info etc
- add in a password of your choosing, the indicator will tell you if its strong enough, adjust as required
- remember the password as it cannot be looked up again.
- if the password is forgotten a new password will need to be created.
