Once payment has been received, during office hours you can have access to your site within a few minutes.
When payment is made via credit card in or out of office hours the account will be created immediately as this process is automated.
The Control panel can be accessed via the temp link provided in the Welcome Email.
Once the domain is resolved the normal link can be used: eg: https://cpanel.yourdomain.com
If payment is via EFT or direct deposit the account is only created after it has been manually accepted.
The manual acceptance process is dependent on either:
- an official bank proof of payment (POP) email or
- the payment listed on the bank statement
Images/photos of payment slips are not accepted.
