Status: Active Incident
Last Updated: 31 May 2026
We would like to inform clients that our upstream datacentre provider is currently experiencing a large-scale Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack targeting network infrastructure
As a result, some clients may experience intermittent website access issues, email connectivity problems, increased latency, packet loss, or occasional service interruptions depending on their Internet Service Provider (ISP) and routing path. The upstream network engineers are actively working with their transit providers and peering partners to mitigate the attack and restore normal service levels. Mitigation measures remain in place and services are being restored in a controlled manner as network stability improves. At this stage, no action is required from clients. If you experience ongoing connectivity issues, please provide us with your public IP address and any traceroute or network test results so that we can assist with further investigation.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while the upstream provider continues mitigation efforts.
Further updates will be provided as additional information becomes available.
Monitoring
31 May 2026 at 19:25 SAST
We have made changes to our infrastructure and international connectivity has been restored. Traffic is currently being passed through our scrubbing infrastructure as a precaution, meaning no active attack is ongoing at this time. However, customers may notice higher than normal latency while scrubbing remains in place. We will continue to monitor closely and provide further updates.
