As a result of this move there might be some teething problems as hosting account setups can be extremely diverse.

All hosting accounts are moved after office hours and domains are allowed to re-resolved over night.

Here is a list of some issue that might occur and some solutions, else please contact support:

Website has a database error:

• login to your cPanel, same link and username password as before.
• go to file manager
• open your site config file
• change local host to 127.0.0.1

• Incoming & outgoing Mail server: mail.{$service_domain} 
  (if an IP is used replace with the above)
• Username is the full email address (if there is a '+' replace with @)
• Under more settings: SMTP tab: Check, must be authenticated (MS Outlook)
• Under advanced tab, ports must be 110 and 25 for POP non SSL OR
  IMAP ports non SSL: 143 and 25
• Encrypted settings (SSL): 993 and 465 for POP settings OR 
  995 and 463 for IMAP settings
• If you are getting a password username error, update the emails password in your cPanel:
  - http://yourdomain.com/cpanel
  And update the password on your device/s.

Custom DNS settings:

If your DNS has custom settings, eg: emails with IDS and hosting on another server etc these settings will need to be manually re-adjusted.
While we will do all that we can to make sure DNS settings remain the same, we will need to update IP's to the new server, there could be some errors. please advise and we will assist where we can to correct the DNS zone file.

If you cannot access your cPanel please send us an email from your registered email address for your WELCOME email to be resent to your registered email address or it can be found in your IDS client area.

We apologies up front for any inconvenience caused, but believe we will all benefit greatly from this huge upgrade.
